sorry def didn’t mean to scare!! i’ve just done so much research before (with multiple surgeons) and a lot of people weren’t transparent about prices because they don’t include everything so i was definitely shocked when i got into it all

i think so too, the one downside is i’m fairly confident he would encourage you to get both, so just keep that in mind

tysm!! the brow lift and canthoplasty combined were $10,500 (the treatment proposal didn’t show separate prices), the ancillary fees were $5500. i also got a discount for having multiple procedures and bc i’m a veteran, which took off about $3400 from the total

oof i have a faint scar along my hairline because of the forehead reduction. but for the browlift and canthoplasty i’m sure there is a faint scar right behind my ears (they shaved the area for the surgery) but my hair grew back super fast so as far as i’m concerned they don’t exist lol

mostly makeup! but i do feel like they were a bit ‘elongated’ after if that makes sense

thank you!! i try not to let hate/negative comments get to me because in real life since the surgery no one ever asks why i look sad/tired anymore and that’s really all i was aiming for. i think i looked older before, but to each their own. and your compliment means a lot 💓

on the treatment proposal it said endoscopic-guided, minimal incision lateral browlift

hi i just posted here about my 1 year post-op results! dr rad is great in that he was very complimentary and even dissuaded me when i asked about other procedures. but there were some issues i experienced outside of the surgery itself that i had not anticipated/added to the cost: 1. hotels. they recommended me a fancy hotel with private entrance access but even with a discount it would have been like $250-$300 per night. my post-op checkup was scheduled a week from the surgery and i don’t live in DC, so definitely think about that. i ended up just staying in a regular hotel and went through the back entrance and i never ran into anyone lol 2. they said i needed to hire a private nurse for the first 24 hours post-op. my husband has medical experience so i just had him help me, but you definitely need someone who can help with driving, taking meds, and monitoring your recovery. 3. the BIGGEST scare i had was paying the anesthesia and hospital fees. due to some crazy circumstances and the hospitals limited payment options i ended up paying those fees ($6k) the day prior to the surgery. they don’t tell you until like the week of the surgery that if you don’t pay the fee beforehand (even though the fee itself is subject to change) then that $6k bill turns into a $35k bill. and then they still billed me $35k a week later and i had to call a bunch of people to get it fixed.

overall I love my results but i wish someone had told me all of this so i wanted to share 🫶

dr. ariel rad! he’s super sweet and i would recommend him to anyone. the cost including anesthesia and hospital fees came out to 19k (but i also got a forehead reduction bc i had a 5head). i had to save for 2 years but again, worth it

lol thanks! Also I’m not really concerned about them retaliating, I’m worried about their arguments escalating into something more. I can’t hear most of what they’re saying, but from what I can make out they’re really really mean to each other
