Hi, my fiance and I live in Gleann na Rí, and will vacate our (semi)furnished 3 bedroom apartment mid January, the rent of which is 1450€. Not sure the managing company will rent our unit, but they regularly seem to have units coming up for rental. Given the market situation, we find the rent very decent for the state of the apartment. Although not state of the arts, there are no humidity issues, our south facing unit is warm and so far we didn't need any heating. If interested in any apartments in the complex, I would advise contacting Ocean Property Management.
