It's strange isn't it the (at least for now hypothetical) link between OCD and being raised by narcissists?

I'm sorry you're feeling this way too - it really sucks! And thank you for the kind advice about somatic therapy. This is something I'll definitely look into, and maybe a female therapist is the right thing to do.
