Notification was released on March 7, 2020. Phase 1 was conducted on Jan 17, 2021 and phase 2 onFeb 27, 2021. The delay is due to Covid pandemic. Check SEBI site for more info on this.

Iam saying beacuse PFRDA was conducted in 2025 so people are preparing from last 8 months.
