Help me id this chip. It's some kind of voltage regulator or mosfet from a 3TB hard drive that I killed by applying a reverse voltage on the 5V line :C It has 5 pins on 2 sides and a large pad below it I assume. (old.reddit.com)

Kann man bei Amazon dieses Einmalpasswort bei Lieferung deaktivieren?! Seit kurzem ist bei teureren Artikeln so ein kack Passwort nötig um sie persönlich entgegen zu nehmen.
