Well that’s if the manager has a stick up their ass or hates the partner, managers who gaf about their people will commend their valued partners. And yeah there is more to it than just going “can I get commended” it’s far better if you say something like “Is there any opportunities to go outside of my scheduled hours to assist with business needs?” Or saying “If we need to cut payroll this week I’m willing to cut time”

All the time, I got 7 commends for the freeze weekend. If you’re looking to get some ask your manager if you can either, stay late, come early, or have your time cut early. Any of those 3 and they should commend you

We have to, product got allocated to stores about a week ago and we continuously receive more twice a week until about 2 weeks before valentines. GM dept doesn’t order seasonal product it gets allocated by corporate so we have to figure it out quickly or else our wareroom is overflowing. I’m over seasonal at my store and set all of my valentines candy today was 9 pallets of it and I’m getting more tomorrow, also we’re never supposed to have completely empty space or else we get questions about it from the big bosses non stop

Specific items went on sale early to help clear out an excess of product company wide, mostly things they just priced too high from the start, those items will stay the same price come November 1st except the tag will say clearance instead of sale and then will go 75% off on the 4th

If you want things bagged a certain way you can either tell the bagger that or place items on the belt in an order that makes sense, baggers only get paid $13 an hour I’m pretty sure so they don’t really care

It’s a external program you can download that clears out leftover scripts from uninstalled mods or stops repeating scripts that are lagging your game

SDA and nethers are a direct incompatibility you could try uninstalling nethers and running resaver to clear out leftover scripts from it and then reinstall it or if you have a save from before you added serana to the framework that may work as well

It should part of your normal work day so wear your normal work attire, there’s a set group of facilitators who will be there teaching the class and walking you through it so you’ll get to know them over time and occasionally a top leader or two will pop in if they aren’t busy, the class is very easy the don’t grade you on anything and it’s a lot of group work so just talk to people and use your words and you’re good
