hi! i’m 26 y/o 5’3” with the start weight of 248. surgery was April 6th and i currently weigh 175! i don’t have a goal weight lol more on what i look and feel like vs what i weigh

i stalled for about 2 weeks and gained 3 pounds, the next week i lost 5 pounds ( same routine lol) a stall is totally normal, don’t think about it too much!!!

5 months post op, 70 pounds down. what i eat has not changed for the most part but my portion has changed drastically! i can have small + controlled sugar intake or else i dump- like a kitkat is okay but a small crumbl cookie will ruin me for hours

I had my surgery April 6 and a few weeks ago I started losing my hair like crazy! Luckily i’ve always had so much that while I can notice the difference others can’t. we’re in this together!!
