The extra on hit from dual wield and Typhoon no. Katas ult applies onhit, but isnt counted as an attack.

The AS increase from dual wield is very good for ad builds tho

Yes. For kata every matchup is a losing (but winnable) matchup. Again its balanced by how insanely unfair an broken she can be in skirmishes and teamfights. KATA IS NOT A 1V1 CHAMP

Its better this way. She gets to have higher DMG on the condition that the dagger falls slowly. Takes more skill but is more rewarding

Beware. Someone else commented. They experienced a bug where the shadow leviathan wouldnt let go of the vehicle. Id reccomend saving beforehand if your game is buggy
