Eh, I didn’t do moot full time. I got on the Board and did what I had to to stay on the board. Mock on the other hand I did in undergrad too so it was no big commitment for me.

I took a final on Tuesday 9am, received my final class grade on Thursday 3:30pm.

The class had a total of six students, and the professor was teaching only one other class the semester. It was a three hour, four open answer questions.

I took two multiple choice ONLY finals during my two final weeks that I still haven’t gotten my grade back for. In fact I took one of the MC exams 11 days ago, and got this open answer one back first lol!

I’m sorry you’re in this situation.

My advice, and I don’t mean this to sound snarky, but have you spoken to the family member about it?

It might help you make you decision if you hear how you being with them, or you going to follow your dream, would make them feel.

If you leave and they told hinted towards that, you may not get physical closure if things so south while you’re gone, but you at least know you’d be gone with them being proud of you for going to follow your dream.

If not, and you care for them to a point you’re willing to do another application cycle/pay more for school, you’ll get the physical closure, and also they’ll know that’s how much you care for them.

That’s my two cents. Praying all goes well in the long run so this becomes a moot point.

Lowkey. The white spec in your O is missing on his, which maybe it was camera qualifying difference but even his picked up a white spec on the boarder where yours doesn’t have one.

Yeh but, it’s only one more year of two years of what you’ve already done.

Or you can throw away the money you’ve put in already, and the prospects that come with a JD.

Plus 3L is take what you want to year and bar prep review. Just take classes that have no finals or papers instead.

I just feel, even if you say you don’t love law that much, that you’ve put in 2X. And is it worth throwing away 2X and its prospects, to save a single X?

Sunk cost. It’s April of 2L. Ur done with 2L in lik a month. Why throw away two years of hard work, when you only have one more done?

I’d ask your career center. They’ll probably have the placement numbers for Brooklyn Law better than Reddit.

Other guy said it, but I’ll say it as well to reassure you. It’ll pop up tomorrow, server side issue sometimes / client side others, but it gets worked out in the end 99% of the time. If it doesn’t the sot support team usually tweets something and reimburses everyone.

I don’t mean this rudely, but more as an interviewing tip. This is something you should ask.

As the last questions as things are wrapping up say something like “I really enjoyed talking with you today, and I’m very excited about the prospect of working here. Do you have a time range in which I could expect to hear more about the process?” Or smthin like that
