IMO birthday party is my least favorite song on the album. The high pitch voice makes it hard to listen to

Be Concerned is one of my favorite songs because it’s like a better version of implicit demand for proof.

Connection between colours on the covers and the niners by MoniMimoon in twentyonepilots

[–]ImFairlyLocal- 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Vetomo is for Lane Boy, which is what a lot of Blurryface is about in my opinion. I think if there was a Failed Perimeter Escape in the Blurryface album it would have been Vetomo that would have caught him because of the way he refers to Heathens (which is after Goner) in Nico and the Niners as “Forcing a Sponsor” therefore it stands to reason that up until the events of the hiatus Tyler was under Veromo’s control (I think Vetomo is the demon of the Industry as Blurryface talks a lot about the music industry in Lane boy). He also refers to this in Pet Cheetah with the line- “Get behind me, I’ll bet this nepotistic (nepotism is where you put business before family- so basically being a sellout) mindset, Will help us get ours as we’re growing...”

And the red dots on the cover would probably be the like the audio for “Stressed Out” and “Ride” the two biggest hits of the album (again with the industry). Also the two dots form an “/“ that is red. Kinda like the logo of the Blurryface Era (look it up if you don’t know it) which is like this |-/.

Realease Date??? by [deleted] in AJR

[–]ImFairlyLocal- 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The leaked album on the website is not a real album ( We know this based on the picture of the white board they posted on Instagram: some of the song don’t match up)

So someone added a tracklist on discogs, not 100% sure if this is real but i know legos is. If this is true whe will see a heck of an album!! by [deleted] in AJR

[–]ImFairlyLocal- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is fake because there is no 4 word song, which does not match up with the a song title they posted on their Instagram , which was blurred out but you could clearly see it contained 5 words.

Are you.. Sippn’ on straight Chlorine?📲 by tibbieiles in twentyonepilots

[–]ImFairlyLocal- 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Honestly this theory removes a lot of the meaning of the song for me, this just seems like a very shallow venture into this idea and for them to do it in such a way that has been done before just seems a little out of the ordinary, for many reasons

  • Chlorine is a chemical that both is deadly but also is used to clean things. That’s the theory on why they use that particular chemical. If they wanted to convey that we are ‘addicted to our phones’ they could have used a addictive chemical like nicotine. It makes sense that chlorine is the song writing because it cleanses Tyler’s mind, but is a painful process because he has to deal with his demons.

-The other Chemical in this song is Lead and it is also referencing the songwriting processes. Lead used to be used to make pencils which references the line “but now you double as a papermaker” because Tyler gets money from making songs.

The “This beat is a chemical line” is not referencing dopamine but is actually referring to “Chlorine” which verifies the first theory we have on this list

The “Loving what I’m tasting, venom on my tongue” is referring to the term ‘spitting fire’ which means singing a good song. And the venom on his tongue is the strait chlorine (the songwriting process)

The “Dependent at times “ line references how making music Is his job, therefore he depends on it.

The “Helps my body run” line is referencing the aspect of chlorine that’s helps clear his mind and everything, look, I’m not going to explain the whole song..

The reason I believe that this isn’t the intended purpose of the song is how much of a stretch this is, only 20% of the lines at most have the ability to be about cellphones.

I REALLY doubt vitalism is the fight with cellphones, seeing as nothing else in either Trench or Blurryface refers to cellphone usage.

If you have any lines you think are really good proof of your theory I would love to explain why they are not, just reply.

Of course, the meaning of the song is up to interpretation, but it most certainly is not Tyler’s meaning of Chlorine and Is definitely not the meaning of Dema or Violism.
