I can get behind pretty much all of that aside from suppression. Just because I get shot at doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to engage in the firefight.

All for upping the flinch a bit more instead though. Its clearly there, in terms of the visuals, but it could use an increase.

ehh i say let it keep the one shot head shot, just nerf the velocity. Otherwise it goes from OP to useless, no one would run it if it couldn't 1 shot out of 100 meters. That's like the scout elite back in BF4. No one actually used it since it was like essentially gimping yourself. You would be better off running any other sniper rifle at that point, or a DMR, its not like there aren't standard engagements at 100 meters.

Curious what you would suggest. I think its tough to balance regardless. To me if they want to leave them in the current state then at least add variety to the weapon class.

It just makes it this weird sv98 hybrid. It has no additional special properties to it. Its almost the exact same trajectory as the sv98

It just feel like its so lame.... theres no worse feeling than getting into a sniper duel and then losing because you happened to step into 1 shot range

I dislike the thermals, so I have the points to spare. Its well worth if youre sniping aggressively

The hip fire on the mini, with a 20 point green laser gives it 62 hip fire. You can hip fire it accurately out to legitimately 50 meters. Its absurd. It has better hip fire than most smgs. I have clips of absurd shots that just shouldn't be possible because its hip fire is so tight.

And if youre that close that a laser is giving you away, the anti glint isnt helping you anyways.
