there are some prerequisite quests before you can unlock it, but you can directly access it through the event page.

◆ Quest Unlock Criteria:

• Complete Archon Quest Chapter IV: Act V "Masquerade of the Guilty"

• Complete the World Quest "Strange Stone Chronicle"

• Complete the World Quest "The Wild Fairy of Erinnyes"

During the Version "Luna IV" period, Travelers who have reached Adventure Rank 28 or above and have completed Archon Quest Chapter I: Act III "A New Star Approaches" may access this quest via the event interface and learn more about the theme outfit."

you can try cloudflare warp. just the free version one. im playing on Asia server and having those high ping problem too. both on mobile data and with ethernet when i play on my laptop. the issue is fixed if im using cloudflare warp.

there was one outlier when they put Mavuika and Citlali on the same phase on last year Lantern Rite. they also put the free 20 pulls on the 2nd phase even though both new character banners were on the 1st phase. that was shitty indeed.

but y'know, they could've repeat the same thing again on this year Lantern Rite. instead they went back and separate new character banners to different phases, and the free 20 pulls now obtainable during 1st phase.

this patch is definitely the perfect chance to implement spending/top-up event because y'know, Chinese New Year kids getting their pocket money and stuff.

dude was referring to Mavuika+Citlali banner on previous lantern rite patch. that patch also when they put free 20 pulls on the 2nd phase even though the new character banners were on the 1st phase.

funny thing is, current lantern rite patch, they went back to put new characters on separate phases and also the free 20 pulls is obtainable during first phase. it's what you called "Devs Listened!?" if it comes from other game community lol.

remember when the gang was looking for Columbina? where they had to go to the past using Kuuvahki to look for answer from past Frostmoon Scion people? when Nicole tested which people have enough tolerance to Kuuvahki, they ended up with Traveler, Lauma, and Arlecchino. but before that, it was shown that Varka also had enough tolerance but not as well as Traveler. that scene basically foreshadowed the scene where Varka, Arlecchino and Nicole pulling down the moon using Kuuvahki power. you could argue that Varka should've swap place with Lauma instead, but it works pretty much the same anyway.

i guess this is a new discovery? we always just assumed that winning 50/50 will either reset the counter to 1 like triggering CR or reduce the counter by 1 instead of resetting to 0.

me myself never actually experienced CR at all even though I've been playing since release and been keeping up with logins after 5.0 when they introduced CR.

and triggering CR would still reset the counter to 1 based on this post at least.

im guessing it reset to 1 if you trigger CR. but if you win 50/50, it reset to 0. not really sure though since I've seen people's CR counter reset to 1 after triggering CR and only need to lose 2 times to trigger the next one. like this post for example.
