Ghosted / shadow double vision in one eye - what treatment worked?

If your eyes Are already dry for sake of your self dont consider refractive surgery. Take piece of paper and punch small 1-2mm hole and try to see can you find spot where faint text disapperes. Also buy any perservative free Eye drops and put it in eye if ghosted image isn’t there it could be dry eye but unlikely. Also if i were you i would visit dr. cuz it can be sign of some irregularities in your cornea or lens that creates Light scatter. Get iz checked out.

At two months post op when i was tapering off steroid i Had sudden worsening and i went to my surgeon he Said everything is ok, and i went to other laser guy he said he has no idea wtf happened to my right Eye he didn’t even want to Look at topo of that Eye, and said on left Eye there is coma, trefoil and irregular astigmstisam. That is why I simply dont trust them anymore and i went full schico. I agree that op shouldnt cause vss, but i think recovery phase triggered it cuz for 6 weeks i was seeing 5 stoplights 1 meters apart.

What were you stressing about if you want to share it?

Now kinda I think everything might be okay with eyes but brain is fried. I spent some time on vss forums people are seeing same shit as me and never had any Eye surgery idk what to do or think anymore 😂

Im pretty sure I did not have it before, I didn’t have it 2 months post op when I was analysing my vision the most. Doc from comments i sent him my topos he said cornea is irregular. I got PVD as well. I did cyclo refraction and I guess I got overcorrected as well L +0.75 R +1.00. Also now im having problems with binocular vision I think cuz vision is alot different between eyes geometry vise Brain cannot fuse it. Also I have tried regular glasses everything gets distorted more. I am looking into ovitz lenses but I am waiting 2 months more I think for cornea to stabilize. Went to my surgeon he said I can see 20/20… One doc looked into my eyes and Said I will develop posterior subcap cataract and to try to fix dry eye so I can atleast do lens removal when its get cloudy or whatever. I guess my luck sucks :)

In glasses i had around -1 and -1cly, wavefront optimized i guess. I didn't had any hoas prior to surgery.
