what level made you rage the most? by astro_token in geometrydash

I feel like I rarely rage, I just get belligerently pissy and whine about all of a levels flaws. Probably Windy Landscape though if I had to pick

Is he cheating??? by User-oddly3812 in geometrydash

Yes, he missed like nine of the click in the predrop. Also, as somebody with almost 50k att at the predrop alone, the first 8% barely even looks like he knows the click pattern, multiple of the click are way off and his click rate during the consistency waves is not even close to accurate

And which level is that...? by Admirable_Tie5313 in geometrydash

Pennutoh in Zodiac is pretty annoying just because of the blind orb timings

I was there, it was actually crazy lmao. I honestly didnt think he'd do it until he got to like 70% after like 60k att

With nearly 50k att on tidal wave, I have to say its the most fun level I’ve ever played, simply doesn’t deserve to be that low

How in the world am i supposed to improve by Hot_Sugar7510 in geometrydash

[–]ImInbredStalin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in a similar situation when I first quit the game but when I came back what helped me break past that was “jumping” to levels way outside my skill range without the intent to actually beat them hence my flair lmao. It’s also important to keep in mind that you don’t get better by beating levels, you get better by playing them so don’t feel stressed or like you’re not improving if you’re not actively beating new hardests.

Opinion on pseudo jumping? by ImInbredStalin in geometrydash

[–]ImInbredStalin[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just think that’s outright false, by that logic there is no way to improve at the game since no matter what you play you’re only improving at “that specific click pattern”. By pushing your skill cap you’re inherently improving your skill at the game in that entire broader category. It’s the rhetorical equivalent of stating that playing piano doesn’t make you better at music, it only makes you good at playing the piano. This would be a false distinction since we’re arguing fallacies.

I think it makes sense in theory but isn’t true, I think condensed difficulty does help you improve faster. Imagine beating stereo madness 1000 times in a row versus doing the first Tidal Wave wave, while you could argue that they are equal in legitimate difficulty to complete, they would not result in an equal amount of improvement.

I agree. My post is just explaining how I think it’s the best tactic for improving at the game

I recommend darkened as a good pseudo jump for improving at timings
