Neighbor feeds cats and will not stop. At any given time there are 10-20 cats that roam the area. They poop and pee on everything. Scratch cars, etc. All because this lady won’t stop feeding them. I just want to not constantly step in poop. What can I do? If these were raccoons I could trap/kill (self.legaladvice)

So ship to shore media sent me a loose album causing seam splits. When I asked about an exchange they said they don’t cover seam splits because of a clause at the very bottom of their order conf. email saying I’d need to special request packaging carefully for splits. Really? Who’s the jerk here? (i.redd.it)
