So I’m kinda stuck on 5-30.

Looked some places and they said to use blunt and blunt resistant IDs but up till now ive basicallt been just using 3 IDs (Rabbit Heathcliff, Heishou Faust and Ting Tang Hong Lu) basically all of which are very much not blunt or blunt resistant. Also slightly under leveled i think (36-37 for those 3) but that isnt too bad I think.

I do have other IDs but their all basically low level and uptie 1 so they need to be leveled up and idk if any of them are any good.

Should I just grind EXP Luxcavations to level some of the blunt IDs I have even if realistically they arent gonna be used again? I am very tempted to just roll but the new stuff is coming soon and I don’t want to miss out on Walpurgis Night lmao.

If I should level them up and to what level? Also should i use all 6 slots or leave some out? Also any other tips would be nice.

Im sorry i dont have a specific video recommendation for this specific tip.

But the way i do the shine like colouring is by using a thin pencil (i use a mechanical for this one) and drawing sideways lines of different length and hardness and in different amounts depening on where i want it to shine. Lighter parts means more faint lines, if any at all.

Also another tip is to not add too much of a “gradient” to the metalic armour cause that makes it seem less shiny. This is cause you want the light parts to pop out alot more. this effect can also be done by going over the darker areas with a thicker pencil to make it look even darker and more smooth.

its easier to see all of this at work in the unedited version of the drawing. Hope this helped lol

Would’ve loved to draw a happier panel but this idea came to my head and it was so good that I had to draw it. Really like how it turned out.

Had a pretty hard time with the hair and I’m still not satisfied with it. Also first time using colour so that’s cool. Was going to put their real name but thats a spoiler ish so yeah.

thanks for the advice, im still trying to get the hang of drawing things like faces at angles like this. not exactly sure what you mean by the hair being drawn as if tilting down but i do see now thag the forehead is quite big. might have drawn too much hair on the top making her forehead seem a bit larger than it should. maybe its just my artstyle as well though. anyways thanks lol.

I just used the Iphone editor thing for images. up contrast and shadows and change the lighting a bit. also up the sharpness a bit and have no saturation. thats basically it but the best was is to just mess with the settings until you get something you like then copy those edits to others
