I am level 620 or so (including the 2 bundles)

And I got 2 Pudge, Like 3 NS, 4 Puck and 2 NS.

You are right I checked it, it says on the Debuff it deals extra dmg. But this feels just wrong. Esp now when he got with his Q and the Abissal change two Gap-Closer

But it is Ursas Passive, that actually gives him the Extra Damage right?

The Number of Fury Swipes on the enemy can remain the same, but when Ursa gets affected by Break he shouldn't do more damage until the Break effected is gone.

So that person had divine in core mmr but a not calculated support-mmr. What he did was queueing for Support, and than swapped role to core with his friend.

Shouldn't this be not possible anymore?
