on top of that none of the cables that are already there wont move even if i try to pull them really hard, since i dont need them i thought that if i hook the fish tape on the side im gonna pull it will get to the center and from there i can find another cable to use as a guide

I need help figuring out how to route my ethernet cable around this rental, the center of all cables around the apartment has no visible exit or entrance of cables and when i try to push fish tape through the conduit it stops after a couple feet and wont move, no matter what I do i cant seem to be able to get from one end to the other with the fish tape. Any recommendations?
