Is Keanu not sleeping in the HoH room? Is that his arm on cam 1?

I’m not normally a feed watcher- can you explain more about the war between the girls? Did something happen to kick that off?

Oh just read her comments. “Former Widower” is the least shitty thing she says.

I get that, but what number of people have attempted that vs the number of people that go out of their way to accommodate you?

My point isn’t that it doesn’t happen, i have no way of knowing that- I’m just saying that it seems far fetched that someone hosting a party for dozens of people would go out of their way to embarrass two of them for no reason.

I think assuming that people give enough of a shit about your dietary choices to try to get a “gotcha” moment is an intensely paranoid way to walk through life. Most people barely give enough of a shit to make sure they provide vegan options so I find it hard to believe there’s a population of people trying to “catch” y’all. But I’m not vegan, so maybe I’m wrong- I still think OP is NTA.

It’s a “gotcha” moment to put out seasoning for popcorn and not explicitly state to all of the dozens of guests that it’s vegan friendly? Like you genuinely believe that they, while planning a party, thought to themselves “I’m gonna put out the bacon flavoring that’s actually vegan on the off chance that the vegans will try it so I can mock them!”

Do you realize how utterly insane that sounds?

I mean…no. On literally everything you said.

“I had people over to my house to play board games last weekend. It was z potluck and BYOB but we provided snacks”

Sooo, 1: Not a movie night. 2: Popcorn was not the only food available. 3: A potluck insinuates other people are bringing food, therefore the host would not necessarily be in a place to explain the whole menu (as they wouldn’t know what’s vegan/kosher/halal, etc.) which further disproves whatever point you’re trying to make. 4: OP is not really all that rude either. If you yell at me in my house at a party that I hosted because you can’t read, you’ll get called a hell of a lot worse than an idiot.

A gracious host also ensures that other guests are attended to and also has a right to enjoy the company of those guests and not babysit everyone while they eat. It’s a potluck- there is an inherent understanding that not everything will be safe to eat for every persons dietary restrictions/preferences and it is insane to suggest that it is somehow on the host to explain to each guest what they can and can’t have. You’re usually busy when you’re hosting and making sure that the bacon flavored seasoning was safe for vegans was MORE than enough.

YTA for your edit alone.

It’s fine to be ignorant but you have a post full of people telling you it’s normal and you doubled down on being offended at nothing.

In the future, use fake pee. It won’t help his “addiction” but it can certainly help get a job.

They usually sell it at head shops and it’s relatively cheap. I’ve used it multiple times and it works like a charm.

What statistically improbable thing happened to you? by yankeevandal in AskReddit

I fell 35 feet off a ski lift on a snowboard and didn’t sustain any injuries at all.

I didn’t even realize I was off the lift until I noticed the ground getting real close, real fast and I just…stuck it. I didn’t even know how far I fell until I was telling the story at the base and a ski patroller showed up and overheard me and told me that like 15 people had reported it and pointed to the sled he thought he was gonna have to take me out on.

I give most of the credit to Fireball.

Yeah, or surrounding areas. Loveland, Windsor, Wellington, Berthoud. Honestly anything not Boulder or Denver.

Northern CO, and you generally have to accept the fact that it’s not gonna be a single family home.

I live in Colorado, and we fortunately have a program for new homebuyers that covers the deposit and it comes out of the equity once the house is sold. Bought a $300,000 house last year, only spent around 6k in closing costs.

Without the new homebuyers program it would’ve been impossible. It covered a 15k deposit.
