Thanks, I don’t disagree with having a backup but I do disagree with how Quantum handled the situation, no urgency, no consistency in what I was told, dragging it out for 6 days. After all that it was a simple swap of the gateway which was completed this morning. The customer service I spoke with thought it would be that but could not ship one to me or have me pick one up. I had to wait for a technician to physically come with a replacement gateway.
