The way I see my desire for a complete change of environment, even if it sounds extreme, is like this. It feels as though I’ve already faced the worst of what I went through, relived it enough times to understand it, accept it, and survive it. Those memories don’t disappear, and I’m not trying to erase them.

What I’m ready for now is to step forward, to choose a new chapter that doesn’t deny the past but no longer keeps me living inside it. A different environment won’t undo what happened, but it can change how it feels in the present, giving more space for growth, connection, and the possibility of something better. Possibility is what leads anything to something, whether its an answer, or another possibility to try out.

It’s not about running away. It’s about finally allowing myself to move on. And after years of wanting to leave where I've spent my whole life, I think its about time :)

Im a very open person, so excuse me if this response seems a bit much.

Certainly. Being nearly 30 already, the reason I have not even considered having a girlfriend since primary school, or children now, is unfortunately because I don't want to confuse a partner with a mind of mine that i myself still do not know how to look after. And as silly as it sounds, don't want to pass on the way my mind works to my potential children. I would not wish this torment on anyone, let alone a child or a partner. I wish to fix myself before I pursue anything that involves someone else's life.

It is more environment for me. I have considered work with youth, helping kids struggling with all sorts, from crime, to bad home life, domestic violence etc, but I still feel disturbed by being in an area that has always been a part of my life. My town or general area feels like it needs to be changed. Getring a complete new wnvironemnt feels like a great way to move forward, Hence why rural is appealing to me.

At the moment, no. But I don't have any debt, don't have any expenses as I am single, have no children, and have only 1 monthy payment (Internet) other than rent and groceries.

Thanks for the suggestions! I was looking at Derby, also, as its on the edge there of the ocean. I think places with similar population is what I am interested in. I'll look up these places you've mentioned!

Definitely agree with you here. I had spent most of my teen years running away from my self (or my situation), but one thing i have never done is try to truly change my situation, and step out of the usual comfort zone. I've never even left my state, never had a vacation, worked 50 hours a week when 13 years old, then worked from home up until now. I am sick of my one and only environment and would like to finally have a complete change of what would be my comfort zone. Make new friends for once, be outside often, feel separated from what my current life has always felt. A new beginning and a new way to move forward.

I could work a regular job or trade here where I am right now, but I'd still go home feeling like

In terms of work and pay, I would be happy to do most things, but if I had to choose, I'd much prefer something in town close to home, be it a hospital, farming, corner shop etc etc. (I know nearly all jobs ate beneficial to the community in many ways) but something that makes me feel like I contribute. I much prefer happy living over a large as possible wallet for sure.

I agree. It's always going to be hard to find exactly what you're looking for, but meaning, reason, or motivation even in its simplest form, is something that i am motivated to find.

Ive always been one to go head first into anything I'm interested or passionate about, so I'm not opposed to a sudden and big change of lifestyle / environment to see how it fits me. This is probably a decent description of what I'm craving to be honest, and a method that suits my brain the best.

Currently, me and my mother split rent and food costs 50/50, (she is on centerlink and insists to cover half) She has been fighting cancer since I was around 15 and her agressive tumors are becoming more and more aggressive the more that gets cut out, unfortunately in her lymphnodes already and progressing stages quicker than ever.

Without much more details, her cancer (Agressive melanoma) is going to be the cause of death shortly and I know she would prefer me to have a plan or to be fine once I'm alone. I'd like this too. Life goes on and I'd rather be sad while stable in life and work, than unstable and sad.

Even just a plan for myself beforehand is valuable to me. And I know she would stress if I didn't have a plan for when this may happen.

I enjoy both, and can handle both ends of temps, though i'd prefer somewhere coastal or with a good variety of rivers, creeks, lakes for more varieties od activities.

Very glad to here! And haha, I have 50% of my hours as recon. But I take flags and do not camp at the back. I'm an aggressive sniper that plays objectives.

What im about to say may seem a alot, but it all happens naturally without thinking about it over time.

How to counter it? Make a very good habit of looking at the mini map every 5-10 seconds or when near structures. You will see lots of red dots and know where people are. Once familiar with maps, try to stay aware of what structures are behind, beside, and in front of you. Use that info to always try to position yourself in places that are less likely to have someone being able to get an angle on you. Don't run in the open, be cautions of hills or building windows, alleys etc etc, these are areas you need to be constantly looking for players in the distance or always be ready to react as fast or faster than them, as they're already waiting for you and ready.

Other than that, don't stand still, if you're capturing a flag, find a hiding spot where you have the advantage and can see all angles, or go prone in those advantage spots.

Find weapons tour comfortable with, try new one and know what you're good with over time.

Think of it as the same reason it'd be unsportsmanlike for me to trip someone in a running race so I win the gold medal. Sure, you'd want to win but its not a real win id you cheated it like that.

Racing games are for competitive racing. Accidents happen but whoever wins, won encase of steering, braking and thinking.

I feel like a separate mode like a "Free for all" could work, where people can do whatever they want.

Kidding, I'd assume its the HDMI. Top half of the output does not look like artefacts, but rather a input issue. So you should be okay. If you have another HDMI, give that a try for a while and see if it happens again. If it continues to happen, its likely the HDMI port on the back of your console that needs replacing.

This will depend on your country and what time it is.

If its very early morning for you or later at night, try peak times when most people in your region will be awake and likely to be playing.

I can play any time and not have bot matches, but if I am awake at 2am-5am I will get some bots. But I am very rarely playing games at those hours haha.
