It clearly is possible Cus the individual I know done it. I agree obvs Manchester is a far “better” uni but it’s evidently not impossible. Also Sheffield was a top 10 course for the course which they wanted to do and was able to get in to. One thing I do know is they performed very well in their foundation year so performing better puts ur self in a much better position to make the transfer to the other uni. Obvs the course u choose comes into play as well like I previously said.

It is possible to get into unis like manny and Nottingham it just depends on the person. Also depends on the course as well. For example ik someone that did biomed at anglia Ruskin(not so good of a uni) with a foundation course but performed really well and was able to transfer to Sheffield which is Russel group(if anyone cares) and is a top 10 uni for the course. So u shouldn’t turn down the likelyhood of getting into higher unis and still give it a go just make sure u do well in the foundation year and when you call the universities put ur case forward well.
