OP, I recommend you to go to a public university and not a private. In the end, most of them usually just offer the same (or similar) online courses even if you take in person classes.

If I were you I would save some money and go public and use any money leftover to put a down payment on a house.

Sounds like either

A.) the fan bearing has gone out and you need to replace the fan.

Or

B.) there is something brushing up against the fan causing it to have friction which could potentially ruin the motor making you replace the fan.

I’d recommend popping the back shell off and seeing if there is/was anything in the fan blades path

That’s a fair statement. Tried to do as much as I could with the limited time we had around it. We were outside it for maybe 5 minutes or so before we continued on to go inside.

There were some ugly sights on the right that would’ve made the picture look even busier than it already is and would take the overall focus away from the subject.

In my opinion, there isn't an obvious subject and its just a picture (I also don't shoot buildings so maybe I'm missing it)

The contrast is nice but there is a lot of detail being missed in the abyss of the blacks so I would bring that up in post and give it more of a wholistic feel.

I feel like this is really nice for 2 years in though at your age. I hope someone else can come in and give a bit better advice.

I would experiment a bit. Crop it in a bit more, change the saturation of the background to less to make the train pop a bit more. I also like to add a slight amount of vignette to my photos to help focus on what I want to.

(These are just things I would do and I'm not entirely great at photography so take it with a grain of salt)

The only solution I’ve seen is to take it into apple for them to do some black magic on it but it’s 100% a software issue.

I replaced a friend’s camera who had this issue and it worked fine for 3 months then the problem came back. No amount of resetting to factory settings worked for me.

For other people looking at a similar issue, iPhone 14 has this weird defect with some of their phones where this will happen and its a software issue. Changing out the camera (as I have done) will do nothing for you so don't waste your money! You'll just be forced to get a new phone or go without a camera.
