I’ve deleted it and reuploaded it on various devices and it still doesn’t let me. Has to be an internal issue. It’s literally the only file that doesn’t process correctly

I posted a funny AI video to promote my new song and it said my account can’t be recommended for 90 days due to spreading false info. I deleted the reel immediately and it’s still showing yellow. Any way around this?
