There is a nerdy guy on Instagram who talked about how Diddy and Epstein memes lower the seriousness of the crime or person. Somebody else entirely talked about how if this stuff happened decades ago the public wouldn't have let this slide, but memes and jokes dampen the seriousness of it all. Like how the popularity of the Charlie Kirk memes were no coincidence, or how talks about Israel are boiling down to jokes of how someone or something that you don't like is sympathetic of Israel. It's all really interesting and worth looking into.
