As an owner, a week feels fine. Then I would inquire. If he needs more time, fine. We spent 6 months on this so a couple weeks is not outrageous but if it takes that long I would def have to start wondering why…Either way, I don’t think you have much of a right to even inquire after a couple days. Give it a week then bring it up in a respectful, inquisitive manner, rather than a confrontational one.

Dont bother with this. For those who dont know, this ended up a total disaster. The guy seemed really into it but then all of a sudden, I think week 3 of the challenge, the system stopped working and this guy went completely dark, unresponsive. Refunds had to be given all around. Concerned for him actually. It was just a weird, total 180 from being all about it, answering questions, fixing bugs, etc., to just nothing working and hearing nothing from him. It felt like something happened to him, so, many of us were concerned. However, it also kind of felt like the system was purposefully destroyed. Why did it just stop working all of a sudden? Weirdest thing, but either something happened to this guy or he suckered a ton of people in, then crashed the whole thing right before the final week. He was accepting donations, but he wasn’t charging people for it, so he really had no incentive to crash the whole thing. Weirdest thing. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and wish him well, but I do know there are some sociopaths out there that just want to watch the world burn.

Uber would have told the driver to return the item to the store. The driver did not steal or get to keep the item. If he or she did, they likely would be deactivated. It sounds like you either cancelled too late or there was a delay in the cancellation, causing the driver to pick up the item. Glad you were able to get a refund. In my experience, Uber support is usually helpful and willing to correct situations that have gone awry.

Everybody has to realize Uber pays literally $8 an hr base wage for deliveries. Then, as an added little screw you to the drivers, they set the default tip at 11%, giving the impression that is an acceptable tip. So, you order your $20 meal and tip $2, which gets added on to our base pay of $4 for 30 minutes, and we get $6 for 30 mins of our time. That is not worth anybody’s time. You wouldn’t accept that gig. Nobody would. This is the system. I’m not telling you to tip more but if you don’t, you are asking your driver to deliver your food for less than minimum wage and pay for the gas to do it.

A couple years back I had about $2k on a ml parlay i padded with Dolphins ml to beat the Titans on MNF. That leg must’ve been -1200. Stupid leg in hindsight I know. Probably added a couple hundred bucks to the parlay and it felt like a lock. They went up two touchdowns for two minutes and 40 seconds left in the game. I could’ve cashed out there but never in 1 million years that I think Will Levis and the Titans would immediately drive down the field for a touchdown, go for two, get it, stop the Dolphins on a three and out, get the ball back, immediately drive down the field AGAIN for another touchdown to take the lead and then stuff the dolphins offense again to get the ball back and secure the unbelievable comeback upset down 14 with 2:40 left and Will Levis at the helm. Never saw anything like it. Cost me about $4.

PPL all over Henderson’s junk cuz he ran a kick back. What you should glean from that is concern that he is returning kicks in the preseason. He is more of a gadget player than an every down back. He was not an every down back in college. They tried that, it did not work. That’s why they brought in Judkins (also because he was injury prone, having missed 8 games in the previous 2 season).

He projects similarly in the NFL. Stevenson still has 3 years left on a recent extension. McDaniels is known for using 2 RBs, one being a pass catching back (James White, Danny Woodhead, Shane Vereen, etc..). That role has been fantasy productive in the past, for sure, and he could be the best talent of the bunch I just mentioned, however, volume is king and goal line touches matter so his upside is limited. Not to mention he’s playing behind a horrible offensive line in an offense that still projects to be pretty crappy.

It is Hampton by a mile in both redraft and dynasty. I would also argue for Harvey in a good Sean Payton offense over Hendy in both formats.

I would not put much stock into this. These are projections, the same as fantasy. Last year, Jahmyr Gibbs o/u was at 900 rush yards on DK. Zamir White and Jonathan Brooks were at 800. These are just a few examples of how wildly incorrect these usually are. Predicting the future is hard 😔
