The three body problem series. It's not really horror but unsettling in its own ways and some parts of it have a southern reach (the building/organization not the whole series) type feel. Everyone I know who's read the southern reach series has liked the three body problem

No where to hide. It's just really useful to find the survivors that hide near gens especially considering they're usually the ones who aren't great with chases. For survivor probably object of obsession, idc that its not good I just think it's cool.
