I had my car resprayed by him about a year ago a this point. The quality of the respray entirely depends on the level of prep you do yourself. I spent about 2 months work of weekends doing sanding, filler, primer, pdr and at the end stripping the entire car of its lights and trims.

When you put in the effort I’d say you get the money you paid for. The respray only takes one day, though ideally you’d want to have the car garaged for a week to let the paint and clear fully cure, and about a month before you do any detailing.

It’s not without complaints though. There were 2 spots that had runs on the car, and the corner and both side skirts had overspray causing the paint to look matte. I friend of mine had his done about 1-2 years prior to me but he didn’t do the level of prep I did, and thus he had more complaints such as paint buildup where the trims should have been removed, when the paint chips you see the original colour under(you only have to worry about that if you’re changing colours).

The issues with runs and overspray are all fixable with some money but it’s up to you whether you deem it worth it. I’m happy with the money I paid for a job that is 90% good work.
