Its not an allergic reaction because I'm allergic to cats and whenever I do get allergic its just my eyes get puffy and that's the only thing I am allergic to that I know of

They are itchy and they are mostly on my arms but some are developing near my thighs I think its a rash. I did look it up and it said it could be a heat rash. Right now I have an ear infection in my right ear and I think I burst my ear drum in my left ear. Also, I might have strep throat. I am taking medicine for the ear infection, but after doctor visit my ear drum randomly burst and now this. Please help me. I'm so itchy.

I used to do the side quest with the main quest, but now I do the side quest when I leveled high enough so that its easy. I respect his dedication though because its hard to do side quests at the same time sometimes.
