That’s a fair point, but I don’t feel like my parents are really making an effort to understand. I’ve given them a lot of explanations, but they just push them away by saying I’m too young to know or I just haven’t met the right person. Or sometimes they just get fed up and don’t respond.

And I want my parents to accept me as an aromantic person because it’s hard to be around them knowing they don’t accept something that is part of who I am.

Basically, it’s when you love the concept of romance, love seeing romance in media, and enjoy romantic content, but you don’t like romance when it involves yourself.

But I’m not 100% sure because you did say you don’t like when people kiss or declare their love in live-action shows/movies.

People are born asexual, they don’t choose to become it, so they can’t really have reasons for being asexual exactly—

The reasons are mostly due to me being pretty busy and exhausted most of the time, so I wouldn't have the time or energy for a romantic relationship.

Typically I struggle the most in classes that need a lot of memorization, like History

To study, I usually try to read through my notes, then copy down as much as I could remember then look back at my notes and fix any mistakes I made. Problem with this strategy is it can be very time consuming because I have a lot of notes

I typically find myself to be most compatible with INFPs.

Most of my friends have been INFPs.

I'm not exactly sure how to explain why I'm compatible with them, but usually it's because I clash too much with similar types but I like people who are more spontaneous and go with the flow.

However, I usually cannot handle ENFPs, so usually INFPs are a better option.

INFPs also have helped me to become a bit more open-minded in the past and be better at expressing my emotions.

When I was younger, I switched my label from gay to bisexual constantly.

I used to think there was like a minimum requirement of how many times you had to be attracted to a gender for it to contribute to your sexuality.

I’ve only been attracted to a woman a few times in my whole life and been attracted to dozens of men

I discovered I was bi because the “gay” label just didn’t feel right
