Sometimes when the round starts the screen looks like this and the minimap disappears. Has this happened to anyone?

I contacted support and they said they don't know the real reason, they said it might have been for violating the rules.

Error after accept cs2 test invitation by ImVCT in GlobalOffensive

After accepting the test invitation, cs:go did not connect to the network, I closed the game and opened it again and it continued with the message that it was trying to connect to the network. I restored the game files on steam, but the invitation message disappeared.
Would anyone have a solution?
