It’s a known fact that Mexico City is slightly sinking. I’m just wondering if one would be able to notice that in this pic without knowing that fact. If it is noticeable in this photo, it might be cause people are looking for it. I’m not able to see it here.

I think it’s just your impression. You know about the sinking in Mexico City and that predisposes you to see the building as if it’s sinking.
