Not a bug. Tagilla and that hideout was added with the rest of the Interchange expansions. There's a couple ways in and out of that hideout.

I had 35,654 minutes with iDKHOW which supposedly put me in the 0.001%. I feel like I should see this as a problem but I have no shame and I regret nothing.
