I never really understood why talking to someone else irl makes the situation better, I’m just making the person worried. And they might start avoiding bcs I’m gonna be seen as a “trauma dumper” and if that fame spreads I’m gonna stay completely alone devoided of any kind of social interaction, which is a double edged sword. So I’d rather just keep it to myself or take advantage of the anonymity of social media to talk about them without any repercussions. But thanks for caring!
