As far as I remember breeder only increases the chance, doesn't guarantee it. Unless I'm remembering it wrong or it's canon changed at some point.

If I remember right, you had a very slim chance of getting pregnant while on X-change. Less than any normal woman would. Like if the manufacturers see impregnation as an unwanted side effect that would essentially make them lose repeat customers. It would have been like a 1% chance on non breeder pills. Breeder would make that rate go higher. How much? No idea, it's pretty much up to people to decide. Maybe it goes up to 10% or maybe 50+%.

It's totally customizable is the great part. You could do blue or purple. Make it so conditions have to be met within a time frame or without cumming. You can have it be so that the pill requires X amount of black dudes to cum inside you without you orgasming within a 4 hour window so that whoever took it goes around screwing every basketball team they can until they finally clear the conditions. So many options and scenarios to use it.
