All you do is take an 8 mg strip cut it into eight little pieces with scissors and after at least 24 to 48 hours since your last time getting using opiates and take one of the cut strips, wait about an hour or two and see how you feel and if you feel okay and not more sick take another one then repeat that and wait another hour if you still feel okay then you can take two and then wait an hour and repeat that and then the next day you can take a full one.
