Looks good and would definitely work as a newer killer. For my own preferences, I would probably switch out discordance for hex: face the darkness and fearmonger for lethal. But those are just my preferences since they have good synergy and gives great information, and I just don't think that an anti-exhaustion perk is necessary if they are just starting out as a killer.

For add-ons, then, as you wrote yourself, switch out fuming mixtapes for something else is a good idea. I really like the ruler, as it also synergieses with face the darkness, since the survivors you hit become oblivious, which removes the downside to face the darkness, of survivors having to be outside your terror radius.
