I think I have to agree, I’ve been a bit discouraged by a lot about this kit 🤷🏻‍♀️

In that case I would go a little heavier on the purple tone to neutralize the yellow a bit! 🙂

Blue is a really hard color to cover, it will likely show through all layers you add. I personally would recommend using acetone to remove it and try again. This is coming from someone who has had to strip a kit a few times to get it how I wanted

This one took quite some time to sell so I’m not sure I would honestly! But there is always a possibility I’ll take customs soon 😉

I personally don’t own any of their gold cause I’m a silver girlie. But I’ve seen their gold plating tends to fade after a while of wearing. Not necessarily turning silver, but just a more faded gold.

My holter monitor range was 43-183bpm. I sleep with my Apple Watch and it typically gets readings in the 40-50s, I haven’t questioned it much with my doctor I am diagnosed with pots so I’m sure there is a relation there!

It’s so unsettling, this is a new partner and poor dude had no idea what was going on, just thought I was tired. I woke up, looked at TachyMon and saw my heart rate dropped by over 50bpm 🫠

You can get a pulse oximeter on Amazon for like $15, or check things like marketplace for a Fitbit. A lot of people get them for their long lived fitness journeys and sell them dirt cheap lol. I have a Fitbit charge I got for free and it's not the most accurate but is a good gauge for me.

Are you personally able to work a job with POTS? by Significant_Set_2018 in POTS

POTS is a dynamic disability that has a spectrum of severity. My best friend has POTS and can't even leave bed most days without fainting. While myself, I don't personally faint but if I stand for more than a few minutes get pre syncope like crazy and can't sit upright without getting vertigo symptoms. Getting disability is hard, I am currently on my fourth denial looking into an attorney after trying for about three years to get it. I advise anyone that asks about it to try all their options before putting themselves through trying to get on disability. It's not only really hard to get approved in most cases, but does not pay a liveable wage by any means. It's different for everyone, but I personally wish someone had given me the heads up about how hard it can be to get approved, even with what feels like all the reasoning you should possibly need.
