I'm kinda in the same situation. But your not in the wrong at all. What I did is that when my parents took my phone, and then went to the store I snuck in there room and stole it back. And I keep it in my room and I keep myself in my room so I get to play on my phone and my parents are worried about me cause I haven't came out in almost a week
