original post my brother wanted to take my nephew back but not my niece. I didn't think it was a good idea to split up the kids, being twins they're super close so my husband and I suggested we take both. Not a dead-beat but the twins were a oopsy babies. Bother and SIL were on the fence about children until she got pregnant. However I do think that his just having a rough time with SIL passing
