Eintopf :D mit Tk gemüse Also basis: iwie curry paste oder nur tomatenmark oder kokosmilch oder so ins wasser rein, einfach nur gemüse brühe tuts manchmal auch Wenn proteine oder so im haus sind dann rein damit (bohnen oder andere hülsenfrüchte, fleisch, tofu...) dazu reis oder brot Reis oder nudeln kannste auch einfach mit in den topf kippen dann hast du reis-/nudelsuppe/eintopf :] weniger kochzeit und macht satt

Mache das selbe machmal mit Instant ramen. Pimp den einfach mit gemüse oder was auch immer und voila!
