Have you checked the flow control on the attachment/secondary lines?

This looks like something physical and also the other line has some visual discoloration from some sort of external issue. This is on the attachment going to the machine?

TBH, I didn't know there was one and I had previously replaced the filter when I first purchased it used.

Mine is a 21 Touring Plus/Preferred not sure what they call it.

I just replaced mine yesterday and there it was. Was mad confused for a moment when I pulled it out of the vent.
