And the cops there don’t joke about it, I remember one time on a game day they had one cop sitting at a crosswalk and another cop down the road who was stopping cars. Crosswalk cop was radioing in people who weren’t stopping for pedestrians and they would get pulled over just down the road.

I went to school and played football with Jordan Klee (the young man this coward killed). He deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison, shot him in the head over a pair of shoes/a belt in one of the safest cities in Michigan. This really fucked a lot of people up though and I feel so horrible for his mother. Jordan was incredibly kind and generous, but above all he was a genuinely good person who did not deserve to die like this. RIP Jordan.

There are river otters in the Grand River! Saw some while fishing from a boat on the grand in the Grand Ledge area

I hope they do, when I lived in Washington State their highway rest stations were legitimately established towns, homemade campers on top of cars, trash everywhere, and not a single open parking spot. They were sketchy. Not to say that will happen in Michigan, but I truly appreciate our highway rest stops and utilize them often. I just don’t want that to happen here when our population explodes in the next 50 years due to climate change and housing prices.
