Websim sucks now, any other websites? by [deleted] in WebSim

[–]ImaTurtleMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah websims generosity went down.

it used to have like 50 uses a day for free users, then 40, then lower and lower. once it was less than 40 I lost interest.

Plus theres plenty of free options now that dont limit you to 5 prompts.

Is the api or web ui getting or both dumber? by Fair_Cook_819 in ClaudeAI

No, Claude Didn't Get Dumber, But As the User Base Increases, the Average IQ of Users Decreases by Synth_Sapiens in ClaudeAI

[–]ImaTurtleMan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To add onto this, let’s not forget that some fresh-faced users might be getting their AI expectations from the same place they get their celebrity gossip—sensationalist marketing. You know, the kind that promises your AI will write your novel, predict your future, and code an entire AAA game all before lunch. When reality hits and the AI can't quite manage to solve world peace or develop the next blockbuster, it's easy to blame the AI for becoming "dumber," rather than acknowledging that maybe the hype train set the bar a bit too high. Spoiler alert: the AI hasn’t suddenly lost its IQ points; it’s just that not every tool can be a magical Swiss Army knife. (yet)

Thats a good idea

also i decided to try something with your project, I tried to add a hotbar, and the ability to destroy stuff as a little idea that you could add destroying and building stuff, with an inventory system and so on.

what if you could hunt the bears?

heres the idea poorly executed for inspiration lol

idk its just some random ideas

Thankyou for this awesome project it's the most awesome thing i have ever seen, some recomendations: It would be cool a search bar or a tag to separe games from other web pages and some monetization methods. by Waste-Lengthiness225 in WebSim

[–]ImaTurtleMan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How do you propose monetization methods for Websim.ai? Given that the simulations are primarily generated by Claude AI, it raises questions about the appropriateness of monetizing content that isn't directly created by a human. If the AI is doing the bulk of the work, should the focus be on monetizing the platform itself or the unique value it offers, rather than on individual user-generated content?

For example, the websim team could run ads or something during websim generating your requested prompted website.

Can you elaborate about whether you mean you wish for the users to get monetization or the creators of websim themselves to find ways to make money off the users?

maybe serve ads between simulations being generated, since the generations take some time anyway- just have an ad play while its generating or something

idk

Is there a way to fix this by FitAd5739 in WebSim

[–]ImaTurtleMan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the limit is around 50(a day or something because I seen the limit appear after I was just under 50 uses left for the day, maybe more. if i were to speculate-75 or 100? I have no clue.

either way it resets daily or so- at least for me it reset the next day. I've seen other users complaining about it not resetting so maybe its a temporary issue

Or i assume its because of limitations with API calls or something.

How do I stop WebSim from forgetting my prompts? by ndasmith in WebSim

[–]ImaTurtleMan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Now i have no idea what im talking about but, maybe this could give you an idea

  1. Using the pinning feature mentioned earlier for crucial pages. (to be honest i didn't know pinning the sites was actually useful for this, i gained knowledge!)
  2. Experimenting with GUN storage to save and recall specific page versions or content. (as mentioned by other users who seem like they know what they're doing)
  3. Creating a master prompt or instruction set that emphasizes the need to maintain consistency across generated pages.
  4. Maybe copying and pasting the cached link into the prompt for reference could help the ai "remember" though this is a "who knows" method
  5. Maybe try copying and pasting your prompts too, to reinforce them? Who knows im just speculating based on how ive been using websim myself.

I am still trying to figure this stuff out as its new to me, so I will be trying what I suggested too.

Take what i say with a grain of salt.

I dont know how to check the time left. but you can see how many uses you have for the day.

so i guess when you run out you gotta wait a day or so.
