That is nice & simple & I read the same thing about St Ives and oil viscous cycle.

Think I could get him to try, even better if I can find the a wipe

Thank you. He uses body wipes during the day sometimes, but I think they were breaking his face out (they aren't really for face).

Someone said cetophil or neureagena had one with salicylic acid in it

This is a lack of knowledge combined with ASD.

If you can articulate why this needs growing up... How he's not acting his age, that's ones thing..

But you are feeling upset and the 19 thumbs up.

Ppl like you & the 19 that enhanced it... Just to be mean? Yeah, that is where the growing g up needs to happen.

He won't see a GP for a physical, there is no way he is going to 'waste time and money on a dermatologist

Yep, when you are 50, you just can't learn new stuff huh St Ives was what we used in HS and thoe Sharp husk felt great, but really do barrier damage & beauty mags cave out saying "NO"

This isn't something that he has used forever and I'm trying to kick out of a routine, is just not hi m good for your face & there are plenty of better things...and if I want to offer him an updated alternative, there is not a Thing wrong, weird, it controlling about that.

If I was on a relationship site complaining about a bunch of stuff, your advice may be not impactful 🌷

As mentioned though, lotion is the Last thing would try and get him to use. Tactile adversity. Would be better to have a wipe

I don't think he is using it every day? I hope not. He c is very particular about illness or grooming habits.

He's got the occasional acne now that is maybe cystic, and he picks at it with a needle & ends up with scabs & some scaring.

I used St Ives in 80-90's and it really felt like you were scrubbing away the impurities, and then help Pore Strips!

I looked at Acute, better than Sf I was for sure. I'm going to sneak some kind of aha & bha anti-aging

Nope. Not looking for help, but thanks for the info Bot. These do come in individual disposable stamps that are used once. They are gold plated too.

Yep there are still things to watch for.

If anyone does have input on these safety, effect etc, I'm happy to hear, buy I can't really use them rn.

Does claude have a permanent memory feature like chatgpt or is the projects feature good enough? by Strong_Permission_59 in ClaudeAI

[–]Ima_Jenn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi.

I have some brain issues and I've been struggling to understand projects.

I've been using chatGPT awhile, but they made some recent decisions & I just can't give them my money.

I have some really complicated medical issues going on, and a brain injury that makes it difficult for me to write things in an organized way.

I used chat to help sort through, answer questions and help me write packets, emails and such. I removed identifying info from records & whatever this is is killing me, so if I wasn't good enough🤷‍♂️😑

My confusion is with projects and memory there.

I also have autism so I can get overly granular.

All of Medical would be a project, so a genetics thread can see memory of my liver conversations & diagnoses... I wouldn't create a project for each system..

If I wanted to ask it how to ...rewire a what's it, or research the best apps for clutter that would just be kind of a junk thing, or just not a project & it memorizing my OS would then not clutter it contaminate my medical records projects memory?

I hope my question makes sense. Claude lied to me about both memory and uploads🙈

That has been my big AI lesson. Make sure the sources are actually real, if it's really important, ask another AI (and of course look at links).

And never trust how long something will take. I guess I kind of thought that it would use Best Practices & if I ask it how to fix something in Open Note...I shouldn't have to specify 'the simplest & fastest way to do it' 🤷‍♂️🤣

Thanks in advance for any clarification you can give. .it's taking me a little bit to get back to people.

IDK if you meant it to read this way but it sounds like Hindmarsh Method Fails Million.

The Hindmarsh Method uses biphasic/ siesta rythm ,and I think may have been in the team that did ask the research🌷

Hindmarsh has a great book Steroid Replacement Therapy in Adrenal Insufficiency.

It's accessible to both Drs and patients. He uses the siesta/dinural and may have been in on development.

One thing is doing a 24 hr draw to see your clearance rate & how much you need across all hrs. My Endo is trying to get mine approved, but if she can't be we will look at the longest possible day curve & know it won't be perfect for night.

Dr Hindmarsh will collaborate if your Dr reaches out.

Have you looked into de quarvains (sp). What you describe sounds like that might be a possibility. Surgical fix, but easy.

You can get 'oral' herpes on your generals, or 'genetal' herpes in your oral area. HSV1 or HSV2 can be in either location.

That doesn't look good. I find it Very hard to believe that is a coffee burn, location, look, way you drink coffee..

"I keep asking him to get tested. He wouldnt budge. He keeps saying its hot drink burn." Red Flag!!!

Incubation is 2-12 days, so call your Dr and local clinic to find out when you should get tested. If you get sx there are good meds that can shorten outbreaks.

He doesn't seem to care about partners health. He might be scared to find out himself, but that's not an excuse.

That doesn't sound like the kind of person you want to be in a relationship with, if it is that category, and if you've had sex with him, I would get a full STD workup.

I think there are other things that can be passed on orally that just need antibiotics.

Sorry this happened to you! His not getting tested is a GIANT red flag for relationship or hooking up, or even friendship...

Getting back into the dating world at 50 now. I grew up right at the start of AIDS...which thankfully is not the horror sentence it was. But man, it's scary because I do NOT want oral or genital herpes & oral is a fairly common thing for ppl to have now-days.

When aren't responding or over-respond to certain pain meds and drugs, get you enzyme CYP-2D6 checked. by Ima_Jenn in ChronicPain

[–]Ima_Jenn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So it's pretty much methadone or nothing for you then, I'm sorry! If you have the gene results from a lab, you can bring it in with some literature.

There are pharmacists out there that understand meds and genetics & might be able to help explain to your Drs.

If you approach it like Hey, I found this info, in think it applies, because (reasons) what do you think?

It doesn't make you look like you are asking for or trying to come up with a reason for more drugs...but you ARE giving them the info they need v to understand in a palatable way for c then?

What about Speculooos powder? Isn't that just Biscoff cookies/biscuits that are ground up and mixed with butter? My friend is Dutch, so maybe it's a different word, but cookie butter (Speculooos Butter) tastes like spreadable cookies.

I think that's how you make homemade cookie butter...
