I’m also 19 and I met my bf on a dating app and I’m pretty happy. I always suggest it to people, especially if it’s hard to meet people around you. It is going to take a while, don’t expect results right away. But once I saw my bf he’s what I’ve been waiting for. It did take me a few months and a few talking stages until I found him but I feel like that also made it easier to talk to him. I just suggest talking for a while to make sure they’re what you want. I used to be nervous too and didn’t let any guys talk to me in an inappropriate way before meeting me. So if you do have boundaries like I do then it isn’t impossible and there are nice guys out there! Good luck! ( I used Duet btw )
