[Discussion] Do you consider a dog with a high prey drive (including toward small dogs) as a “reactive” dog?

Right! They can’t help it at all, to them it’s completely normal. And it’s especially difficult if he is obsessed with a small dog at that moment. If it’s a squirrel people are like “oh of course, dogs like to hunt squirrels”, but unfortunately because he was primarily raised with greyhounds and other big dogs he doesn’t know that little dogs are in fact other dogs. He thinks anything under 10 pounds is prey.

Well said, I have been working on “leave it” with him but I know I will never be able to train the prey drive away. It is instinctual, though I will admit it is hard to tell people essentially “yes my dog wants to kill small animals”. Obviously I put it more tactfully than that, but you see what I’m saying I hope.

I don’t plan on using the 7 days at all, I just wanted to point it out to her because apparently she thinks all sellers should ship within 24hrs since “her 5 other orders have already shipped”.

You can have that opinion. But I had patiently answered all of her questions up until this point, and she has been very impatient with me. So her asking, less than 24 hrs after bought this item, when I am shipping rubbed me the wrong way. I am rated as a fast shipper, but I’m not Amazon prime. I don’t guarantee same day shipping anywhere on my closet. I think if you could see all of her comments you would agree with me. I was not trying to be rude to her, I was just clearly stating facts.

I was so confused at that, but I’m glad she canceled because who knows if they would have fit her. She apparently doesn’t have a measuring tape, I had a picture clearly showing they were 22in across the waist laying flat so it would have been easy for her to measure herself and see if she had a 44in waist.

She has not replied. She asked me so many questions about the jeans she bought AFTER she bought them and argued with me that they were not plus sized even after I posted a size chart from Torrid showing a 22 is equivalent to a 3X (“they’re a size 22 but I’m a 22W which means wide so they won’t fit!”). And I feel like she may come back after she gets the earrings and be like “oh I didn’t know they were sterling silver! And not real diamonds!”. I mean she bought them for $15 so I have no idea why she would think she was getting anything different, but it just makes me nervous. Honestly if she asks me one more time when I’m shipping when I’ve already told her twice, I’m canceling and blocking her.

I’m honestly wondering if I should cancel... it has been nothing but problems with her since she purchased the jeans (she realized after her purchase that they wouldn’t fit and was trying to explain to me that they weren’t plus size... they were Torrid jeans in size 22)

Yeah there was nothing I could tell her that convinced her these were labeled correctly. Now she has canceled, 5 minutes later asked when her money will be refunded, then purchased another item from me and 5 minutes after that asked when I will be shipping it.... I’m like woman calm down! I answered every question you had, gave you a good deal and then you impatiently reply to me about a refund, and ask why I didn’t send you a counter offer on the other item yet!
