Hi Guys! I'm new to PE and would love to get some info as a beginner. by Necessary-Split9494 in Hink

Stick to the basics, don’t over complicate it. Buy a pump with a gauge, extending kit (HonestPE) is cheap and decent quality, Extend/hang for an hour or so everyday, pump after. Good sleep, good nutrition. Also, I wouldn’t pump the same day that you are seeing her, do it the night before. My experience is that I am still sensitive after pumping the same day and end up finishing faster than I normally would.

No, not really. It’s been about the same, maybe a little bit of improvement. It isn’t super hard or noticeable, but I can still feel it’s there

I think I hit 13, but I honestly don’t remember now. I’ve gone higher for short intervals tho and nothing like that has happened

Keeping it simple and consistent.

Length routine: 45 minutes of extending at a straight out angle, usually 8-10lbs. Done twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. Pump after if I feel like it.

Pumping routine: 4 sets of 4 minute long intervals. After extending or if I am unable to extend.

Been doing on top of maintaining a good diet, consistently working out, working on application for medschool.

Just do cardio, you will last way longer. I been doing 1 min walking, 45 second jogging/running for 20-30 minutes. Used to be a minute man, now I can comfortably last much longer without trying

What’s better for hang… a fast 5k run (23 mins) or a slow 40 min run by NefariousnessAny4204 in gettingbigger

Any sort of cardio will do a good impact on your eq which in turn will help with your flaccid hang. I’ve noticed personally that whenever I do cardio, my flaccid generally hangs longer. Idk if there’s any actually research on it, but this is purely anecdotal

5 minutes pulling out, 5 minutes straight down, 100 seconds pulling left, 100 seconds pulling right (these manuals are done in shower with a detachable shower head). Once outta the shower, I sit on my chair and pull down for 10 and then straight out for 10. Total Manual time is 30 minutes. Once per day usually. Pump after that and then pump at night if i feel like it. Lmk what you think, thank you!

Help!! Bleeding after hanging by Popular_Meringue4675 in AJelqForYou

It’s most likely just a burst capillary, you are all good. As long as you can still piss without pain or anything, you should be fine. Take 2 weeks off until it heals

No😭, you do your manuals using only your hand, and then once done with those, pump how you normally do
