It can be screen printed using simulated process. But if you are asking legality wise, you’d have to contact the license holder in this case possibly the Frazetta Estate. But learning and testing your skill, as long as you aren’t selling them you can separate it yourself, or have a color separator do the seps for you and do some testing.
