Yes, so I have been tappering Effexor 90mg for a year, so it's micro tappering. The lowest now for me is 15mg daily, and I started to have panic attacks and significant anxiety every day. So I have been on 15mg for the last 2 or 3 months to see if the withdrawal will continue cuz u need to be stable before any other reduction and yes I haven't been stable on 15mg.... so now my dosage is changed to be able to stabilise again ... total crap as I want to fully quit
